We encourage you to stay in the conference hotel (Delta Montreal) and when making your reservation to identify yourself as an IWQoS conference attendee. It is by contracting sleeping rooms that we can significantly reduce hotel charges for meeting room rental. When the sleeping rooms are not utilized, we face significant financial penalties. As a result, these penalties ultimately force us to raise registration fees.

Registrations before May 10, 2013 will enjoy an early
registration fee of $550 for IEEE members, and $650 for non-members.
Registrations after May 10, 2013, including onsite registrations, will
be charged a fee of $600 for IEEE members, and $700 for non-members.
Current graduate students, with active enrolment in a university, can
register at the student registration rate of $300 before May 10, 2013,
and $350 afterwards. All fees are in US dollars.
Each accepted research (full or short) paper should be accompanied by at
least one full registration in one of the non-student categories,
and should be presented orally by one of the authors at IWQoS 2013.
Registrations that accompany papers to appear in the Proceedings of
IWQoS 2013 must be submitted online on or before April 28, 2013. Papers
without full (non-student) registrations after April 28, 2013 may be
withdrawn from the conference Proceedings. Each full registration may
only cover one research (full or short) paper.
For poster papers, full registration is not required.
